Insurance Information

We are members of most of the insurance panels in the area. We are an outpatient practice with ties to the inpatient units in the area. We do offer a 24hr/7days a week call service for emergencies. We make every effort to get new patients into the office as quickly as possible.



Scheduling Your First Visit

You may schedule an appointment with any of our clinicians who are accepting new patients by calling our main number, (336)768-8281. If you happen to call during the hours our phones are on voicemail, you may leave a message in the general voicemail box, 200, and someone will call you back shortly.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, you may cancel it anytime up to 24 hours before your appointment time. When you schedule your first appointment, we ask that you leave a credit card on file. This card will not be used unless you do not keep your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hrs. notice. If you miss your appointment, or fail to give the office 24 hours notice that you cannot keep the appointmnent, you will be charged $75.00.


Your First Visit

On your first visit, we ask that you arrive 30 min. before your appointment time to register you as a new patient. Alternatively, you may download and fill out the forms before your appointment day. The forms that you will need to fill out are The New Diredctions HIPPA Policy and Signature Page, The New Directions Patient Registration, The Symptom Checklist, and the WHO Symptom Screen, all located in the Forms section of this webpage.
